A grown up lunch with one of my very first friends.

A long time ago, at Mark Twain Elementary, in the hallway outside room 1, I met my friend Nate. We were 6. He was my first friend in first grade. We've kept in contact thanks to social networks. We snagged an opportunity to meet up in real life at Simmzy's in Long Beach. Yummy food and awesome convo. It trips me out to talk so candidly about grown up lives with someone that I knew as a small child . Don't get me wrong, I have my siblings but it's different because we haven't been constant in each other's lives. It was great to catch up in real life and a bonus to enjoy Simmzy's Gastro Pub deliciousness.
